1. The Service
- Nestlink provides network acceleration and routing. Available nodes, speeds and data allowance depend on the plan you purchased.
2. Accounts and Subscriptions
- 2.1 Keep your account secure. Losses caused by a compromised account are the user's responsibility.
- 2.2 Subscriptions are purchased through Google Play in-app purchase; Google Play handles charging and renewal.
- 2.3 To cancel renewal: use Subscriptions in Google Play. After cancelling you can keep using the service until the end of the current period.
- 2.4 Data top-ups are one-time consumables: they restore the current period's allowance immediately and never auto-renew.
3. Refunds
- 3.1 Refunds are handled by Google Play under its policies; we cannot issue refunds directly.
- 3.2 Request one at: Google Play → Subscriptions (play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions)
4. Acceptable Use
- 4.1 You must not use the service for any unlawful purpose.
- 4.2 You must not resell or share your account, or attack, scan or stress-test the service.
- 4.3 If you violate these rules, we may suspend or terminate the service.
5. Service Availability
- 5.1 We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee it will never be interrupted.
- 5.2 We are not liable for interruptions caused by force majeure, upstream network failures or regulatory requirements.
- 5.3 When an outage happens, we compensate with data or time matching the actual downtime.
6. Limitation of Liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or lost-profit damages.
- Our total liability will not exceed the amount you actually paid in the previous 12 months.
7. Governing Law
- These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, and disputes are handled by its courts of competent jurisdiction.
