This policy applies to the Nestlink client app and its supporting services.

2. Information We Collect
2.1 Account. The email and password needed to register and sign in (stored encrypted).
2.2 Service usage. Data used, expiry date and current plan, for billing and display.
2.3 Diagnostics. App version, sent with network requests for compatibility checks and troubleshooting.
2.4 Network and device identifiers. Your IP address and device identifiers are used for device limits and risk control (detecting abuse and preventing account sharing).
2.5 We do not collect: your browsing history, visited URLs, communications, contacts, photos or location.
2.6 Support tickets you submit are stored on our servers solely to handle your request.
3.2 Security: detecting abuse and preventing the service from being used for attacks or unlawful purposes.
3.3 We include no third-party analytics or advertising SDKs, and we never use your data for profiling or advertising.
4. Sharing Information
4.1 We never sell, rent or trade your personal information.
4.2 Payments are handled by Google Play. We only receive the transaction result and never touch your payment credentials.
4.3 We disclose necessary information only when the law explicitly requires it.
5. Data Security and Retention
5.1 Passwords are stored with one-way encryption; transport uses TLS.
5.2 Account information is retained while the account exists. After you delete your account in the app it is immediately invalidated (you can no longer sign in and node configs are voided); residual copies in backups are purged within 30 days.
5.3 The diagnostics described above are retained for 90 days.
6. Your Rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your personal information.

7. Minors
This service is not directed to users under 18 years of age. If we find such information, we delete it.
8. Policy Changes
Material changes will be announced in the app. Continued use means you accept the updated policy.
